There was one belief behind Anchor from the start: getting paid shouldn't feel like work.

Not sending invoices. Not chasing them. Not reconciling them. Not tracking who signed what and when. All of it should just run.

For five years, Anchor has been building toward that. Proposals that turn into agreements. Agreements that turn into invoices. Invoices that turn into payments. All automatically, all connected, all in one place.

But one thing was missing. The whole workflow still lived on a laptop.

Today, that changes.

Anchor is now on iOS and Android

The Anchor mobile app is live. Proposals, agreements, invoicing, payments, and revenue, in your pocket. Not a stripped-down mobile version. The real thing.

Send a new client proposal, review and counter a scope change, or check which invoices ran last night. See what's pending for the week and update a service price before the next billing cycle. All from a phone, all updating the same account your browser uses.

Download is free. Pricing is unchanged: $5 per payment received, ACH free for both sides. Every feature the browser version supports, the app supports.

"Getting paid shouldn't feel like work," says Rom Lakritz, co-founder and CEO of Anchor. The mobile app extends that premise to where firm owners actually spend their time: everywhere except a desk.

What the proposal-to-paid workflow looks like from your phone

From a phone, an Anchor user can build and send a branded proposal, update agreement terms when scope changes, and track revenue and payout status from the dashboard. The complete billing workflow runs without returning to a desktop.

Here is what that looks like in practice:

  1. Build a proposal from saved service templates and send it to a new or existing client
  2. Invoices generate and send automatically on the schedule set in the agreement
  3. Edit scope, services, or pricing when the engagement changes; the next invoice reflects the update automatically
  4. Track proposal status, revenue pipeline, outstanding amounts, and payout history from the dashboard
  5. Always be in the know - as we like :)

Anchor integrates with QuickBooks Online and Xero. Every payment that runs through the app reconciles in the accounting system the same way it would from a browser. Firms do not need to migrate anything or update billing settings. The app uses the same account, the same client agreements, and the same payment methods already on file.

For multi-person firms, team members log in with their own credentials and see only what their permissions allow. An associate can draft a proposal. A partner can approve it. The revenue dashboard reflects both. Nothing in the access structure changes because the device does.

If you're already running Anchor, your billing setup carries over completely. Every client, every agreement, every scheduled payment. Open the app and it's already there, running the same workflow it ran on your browser.

Running a firm shouldn't require being in one place

When billing runs automatically and exceptions can be handled from a phone, firm ownership changes in a specific way. A client site visit doesn't pause the proposal pipeline. Travel doesn't create a billing backlog. The firm keeps moving whether the owner is at a desk or not.

The firm owner at a client meeting who can pull up a proposal without excusing themselves. The bookkeeper on the road who can approve a scope change without finding a laptop. The partner on an early flight who can confirm that last night's billing ran clean. These aren't edge cases. It's Tuesday.

For most firm owners, billing has been the thing that pulls them back. Not client work. Not advisory calls. Billing. The invoice that needs to go out. The agreement that needs a scope update. The new prospect waiting on a proposal. All of it tethering the owner to a screen.

A solo bookkeeper running 40 clients, a five-person CPA firm billing across advisory and tax: the use case is the same. You need to act on billing when the moment arrives, not when you get back to a desk.

Anchor has been running the billing cycle automatically for five years. The mobile app makes the firm owner just as available as the software.

Anchor keeps running your billing whether you're at your desk or not. Now you can too.

Download the Anchor app free on the App Store or Google Play. Log in with your existing account or sign up for free. No subscription required, just $5 per payment received.
