Email inbox

Gmail

Connect Gmail and send proposals, agreements, and invoices from the address your clients already know, with replies and opens tracked back in Anchor.

How it works

Billing that sounds like you

Outgoing proposals and invoices come from your own Gmail address, so messages land in the inbox, not the spam folder, and every reply links back to the client record.

  • Send from your address. Proposals and invoices go out from your verified Gmail, branded as your firm.
  • Reply tracking. Client replies thread back to the right deal inside Anchor.
  • Open and click signals. See when a client viewed a proposal so you know the right time to follow up.

Questions

Good to know

Do clients see Anchor in the email?

No. Messages send from your own Gmail address and carry your firm's branding. Clients never see Anchor in the from line.

Does it work with Google Workspace?

Yes. Gmail and Google Workspace accounts both connect the same way through a one-time authorization.

Can I keep using my own templates?

You can. Anchor sends your saved email templates and signatures so outgoing mail matches the rest of your correspondence.
