You can ask Claude to list pending proposals, find unpaid invoices, review agreements, create proposal drafts, add services, update terms, check templates, or help identify billing gaps, stale pricing, and underbilled clients. Claude can also help with multi-step workflows, like finding the right template, creating a draft, adding services, and preparing it for review.
Claude can access supported Anchor data such as contacts, proposals, agreements, invoices, payouts, service templates, proposal templates, Terms of Service, and supported CSV exports. Access is limited to the Anchor account and business you authorize.
No. Claude cannot charge clients, add credit, or move money through the connector. Financial actions still require manual action inside Anchor.
Claude can help with significant actions like publishing proposals, withdrawing proposals, updating live agreements, or terminating services. Before those actions proceed, Claude describes what it is about to do so you can confirm or cancel. Anchor also recommends reviewing drafts before publishing and keeping sensitive tools set to Needs Approval.
Yes. The connector uses OAuth 2.0, so Claude never sees your Anchor password. Access is scoped to your Anchor account, and you can revoke the connection at any time from Claude's connector settings.
